The warranty card is valid only if it correctly and legibly contains the following information: product model, date of sale, seller’s contact information, seller’s clear stamp or signature, and the buyer’s signature. If the date of sale cannot be clearly determined, the warranty period is calculated from the date of manufacture in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. If you discover a defect in the product, please contact the retailer from whom it was purchased. When returning the product to the seller, please ensure it is fully complete. We recommend keeping the original packaging.
