In case of late payment, the provider reserves the right to charge statutory interest on late payments.

5. Customer Rights and Obligations

The customer must allow access to the service location and provide necessary cooperation.

The customer agrees to pay the agreed price within the specified time frame.

Any defects or issues during service performance must be reported without undue delay.

6. Provider Rights and Obligations

The provider undertakes to perform the agreed services professionally and within the agreed timeframe.

The provider reserves the right to refuse service if the customer does not provide the necessary cooperation or fulfill obligations.

In the event of force majeure, the provider may reschedule the service or terminate the contract.

7. Complaints

The customer has the right to complain if the provided service does not meet the agreed terms.

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovering the issue.

The provider is obliged to handle complaints without undue delay, no later than 30 days.

8. Data Protection

9. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are valid from the date they are published on the provider’s website.

The provider reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Customers will be informed in advance of any changes.

All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
